[font=宋体][font=Arial][size=14pt]“及时”大吉！前述一是房屋作价补偿款未给付；二是不动产的交付是以“登记”为要件安置协议未履行都是不可否认的事实。政府及时履行事前承诺即是狗屎民也吃了！事到如今政府不但要对自己不及时履行遗留的问题负责；而且要承担违约责任、赔偿迟延履约造成的损害！也是治国方略与民心所向。希望依法履职力求安民息诉。[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=14pt][/size][/font][/font]
