[海豚厨房]之酸菜肥肠

做法:
1、大肠洗净,水中放料酒先把大肠汆烫一下去去异味;

3、酸菜切丝,泡椒切碎,葱姜蒜切片;

5、葱姜蒜,泡椒,麻椒爆香;

7、倒入大肠翻炒均匀加高汤或水;
