瑞安市力邦科众制动器有限公司,法人代表戴益胜,拖欠我提成二万八,
ruian libang cojo auto brake system co,.ltd.  owe me 28,000 rmb sallary,

本人于七月底离职后,该公司一直未支付提成给我,后我向劳动局申请劳动仲裁,
2009年9月27日 瑞劳仲案字[2009]第502号.裁定:
瑞安市力邦科众制动器有限公司定于2009年10月31日前付清给我.
至今未收到.
小女泣泪....

The Court ruled that they should give me the sallary before Oct 31th,2009.
but till now i still didnot get any money~
